Congrats! The NIN were so very good, I'm glad you finally got to see what I have been trying to convey for years (with a pretty lady no less, double win!). Hooray for converting Julie to the goodness that is NIN, I knew I liked her. On the coffee front, if you haven't looked into the Bosch Tassimo coffee makers that use t-discs to brew any number of styles of coffee/tea/hot chocolate/expresso/etc in single servings, you should.
